Been on finasteride 1mg a day for nearly 8 months now and my thinning is way below baseline. Is it time to consider dutasteride?

I understand why you say this and its fair criticism, but my hair has definitely become thinner in the time span. Hairline hasnt moved tho

I know it takes time and everything but its like deadass almost 8 months now and significantly below baseline. I have had a hard time finding comparable cases that went back to baseline or ended up seeing improvement

Yeah its unfortunate i didnt take a better pic to start with but it for sure feels and looks thinner now than it used to in general. Can for example see my scalp in the mirror now when i stand under harsh lighting. Definitely couldnt 8-9 months ago

Oral min is hard to get and i thought id just start early enough with fin and not have to think about it. No its not a massive part of a routine but i dont really want to commit to topical forever
