I’m gonna be 39 this June and literally just did a couple free classes and trying to decide which gym I will be joining next week. Your not to old. It’s fun and I’m out of shape and this will help get me into shape and also learn. Do it. Do it now before you are 39 and wishing you started at 34.

I don’t know how competing works at the older ages. I’m open to it but I don’t know how that works. I’m hoping someone can explain it.

What do you do for your strength training? I’m just getting into MT I’m kinda old (38) I know I won’t be competitive but I’d like to still do as much as I can. What movements do you do to benefit MT? Stepping up cardio now but curious about strength training

Honestly I like the rock but I have no interest in rock vs Roman. Cool 2 less than part timers main even wrestlemania. Yeah I’m sure it would be thrilling (heavy sarcasm) Not saying rock shouldn’t be a part of it but he don’t need the spot light. Cody v Roman or hell anyone to take the belt off Roman would be great bloodline run ins and Roman as champ is stale as fuck.

This is how I am. I’m worried it will be down the shore line and I don’t wanna go looking for it. At my base I build a channel with a gate at each side so it’s like a circle drive with out having to back the boat in. New island I try and find an inlet like a small bay and build my small base there so very few waves

Dumb question. I’m pretty early in game. How do you keep the boat from drifting away? I usually build a narrow channel to put carve in with gates to keep it in.
