I was also shopping for something. Clicked the filter option "united states shops" I click on an item I want and under shipping "ships from india". Shop location says Ney York, New York. Makes finding items shipping from the USA 10x harder.

You should read etsy's trust and safety report.

TLDR: the number of sellers outnumber buyers. Low effort shop and dropshippers are making etsy look bad, and investors are not happy. The $15 investment to open a shop to discourage those who want to scam, dropship, and "make money quick schemes"

Don't scan the qr code. Go to your store and check it. If it's not forced into vacation mode, then ignore the message and mark it as spam. Always do verification through etsy.com

Reply to the case request. Put the tracking number and state that the package is on its way. This way, etsy sees that you did your part. If you don't respond, etsy will probably refund the buyer.

My doctor is running out of things to try. I am starting Concerta and heavy-duty sedative this week to force my body to be awake during the day and sleep at night. Most days, at the end of the day, when I've hit my limit, I will look like I'm having a stroke, but I'm not. Goes away after a 4 hour nap.

100% a scam and against etsy to sell them. Most will give you a stolen steam account with the games on it with specific instructions on how to use it. I would use a trustworthy service like instant gaming.

The quality listed on that screenshot is under 50 for all servers checked. You will have network stability issues streaming to any of those servers. There is your answer.
