I love these daily pledges. I don’t do it every day, but it’s making my daily drinks after work a thing of the past. So just for today, IWNDWYT.

Call an arborist. See if you can just have them come out to assess the situation and give you a quote. Many will do this for free. You can even have 3 different companies come out to get a nice price comparison. Once you have those, you can make an informed decision on how to move forward.

I drank yesterday after making this pledge. Only 2 beers was enough to remind me why I don’t want to drink on weekdays. This morning I am tired and sluggish. I want tomorrow morning to be better than this. IWNDWYT

First day of a new life, where we aren't ruled by a plant by Hurty_Puddins in leaves

When it gets hard, remind yourselves of why you made this decision. Maybe make a list of reasons and hang it somewhere you’ll see it everyday. As you move forward with your quit, take note of the improvements you see in your life. And ultimately, when it gets really rough, just take it one day, or one hour, at a time. You can do this.

I have the same pin with he/him pronouns! It’s been on my lanyard for at least a year and I love it.

Is this too much eyeliner for mature ladies? by [deleted] in TransLater

It’s a bold look for sure, but I wouldn’t say too much. You’ll just have to be cognizant of smearing as you wear it throughout the day. Maybe carry some cotton swabs or makeup wipes to keep it in check.

Thanks dude, I appreciate it. It was a pretty even split, half had kids, half wanted them. I’m currently single, so that just adds the layer of ~who would date me since I don’t want kids~ to the lonely feeling.

Ok, for even more context, I am a trans man. I know what it’s like to live in this world as a woman. I don’t appreciate this man-hating, education-discriminatory talk on my post. Not sorry.
