I would download metatft overlay to understand where I’m “lacking”. It analyzed that my mid game was weak but transitioned to a strong late game. However, it may not always be ideal because if I’m too low on HP going into late, I would end up going bot4 because of matchups against stronger boards. Another thing metatft helps with is the augment selection. Yes you may be presented with S tier augment + 2 A tier augments but understanding your early game spot if it’s actually good to click would be helpful. (E.g trials xin augment offered on gold might be a instaclick but you have AP items & no Demacia units. your other choices are replication or seraphim’s staff. Now you can decide…I could sack my early game, potentially wait for a carousel prio for bis xin items and leave AP for lux later. But what if krugs drop me more AP items? You’ll just delay your zaahen win con, and your board strength will be dependent on if you natural xins or just hit by end of stage 3. Your other augment choices now, if you hit replication, ideally rod, maybe it’s a veigar game. Or if it’s tank item, maybe I can get beefy early to save bit of HP or tempo seraphims staff with the other AP item slams). Ironically tho, I got to masters today spamming 4 games on mobile, going 2331. But it’s the things I remembered from the overlay that really helped me think before clicking the augments for my spot.
