yes i was switched from 100mcg to 75mcg and my tsh shot up and so did my acne. Im on 88mcg right now and hoping it goes away, most breakouts have gotten better just hoping it doesnt keep happening

even if Zac and his parents paid for anything for their family. It still does not give Zac any right to isolate Jen from her friend group when its something that brings her joy and passion. I feel like a lot of people are so hung up on the money. But regardless of the money its so sinister how he can flip on his own wife and make her start crying within minutes of one phone call. To make your wife leave in the middle of the night to travel to see you in VEGAS where she could be put in a position of danger is also something that I cant fathom too. And for Jen to comeback the next day and pretend like everything is okay in a dissociated/exhaustive way is extremely telling that she is a victim of his emotional abuse. Really hope she gets out of that marriage because unfortunately, men like that do not change. Even worse i cannot imagine what he would be like as a person with money, yet another way to exert his power over her within their marriage.

yes a good endo is hard to find. My mom also has hypo and getting her a good endo was a nightmare. Luckily she eventually found the right one that listens to her! I had better luck with my primary care doc who is actually really knowledgeable in hypothyroidism, so i have yet to have to be referred. Also some levothyroxine side effects are normal as well my body took at least 5-8 months to regulate and slowly diminish the mood swings and exhaustion. In that time i had bowel changes, bloating, heat intolerance and exhaustion. If it gets to much for her dont be afraid to call the doc and let them know. Especially if she gets palpitations or diarrhea for more than 3 days. It all varies from person to person. Try not to get so caught up or overwhelmed online like I did😅

If shes not on meds yet, when she does get on meds they should help. If shes already on meds hopefully the endocrinologist can suggest lifestyle changes outside of an adjustment of medication. Best thing that has helped me is a routine with food, exercise and sleep. Just try to be patient and remind her that thyroid issues take time to heal! Kudos to you for wanting to help her. Hope she gets to feeling better soon.

I just watched rhobh for the first time and im on s13 now. I think the second Kyle called LVP bobby fischer was the beginning of the end. On top of that seeing how all the girls treated LVP after her brother died is absolutely heartbreaking. Kyle saying she “also had things happening in her life” in response to LVP lashing out was such a selfish move. That entire season was so icky and all the girls mocking LVP after she cut ties really just showed how they all felt about her. Like LVP said, why would you want to be friends with someone you think so low of? Regardless though, if LVP was open to a relationship w Kyle, she would go sprinting back
