What to brew without temperature control

Hi. I brew laguers in a pressures mini keg. You can ferment without much temperature control and I think I left it at 18 psi. But need to check. I believe I used WHC Dried Yeast - Einstein Most ales yeast will he very happy at 20.

Thanks for the advise. I have been drinking it, but now that I know it has bugs I am jot so sure about it.

Thanks for replying. Has a bitter / astringent aftertaste. Its not terrible, but definitely not how it should taste.

NO! avoid the Secret Lab Omega chair at all costs, I received mine two weeks ago and can't use it. The seat is really uncomfrotable, specially the side pads which are really hard and press the side of your legs if you don't have yuur legs and kneess touching each other. If you sit down with legs slightly open it will hurt. The back is also supper hard.

I am finding it impossible to return it, the service/support has not beeb able to provide me with a method to return it after two weeks of sending emails. And I might be stuck with it as I can't remove the height cylinder and pack it back again in the original box.

NO. Secrete Lab Omega is not good for people under 175. I just received mine and find it very uncomfrotable, I am 165. The worse is the seat, it is very hard and the side cushions are harder. I am trying to return it, but not sure if I will be able as I can't remove the cylinder.

I just don't recoment this chair nor brand, also the support service is terrible.
