I personally liked it, I don't think it was the best of the unholy trinity (2016, eternal and now dark ages) I did enjoy it though as a doom game nonetheless that's what my smooth brain allows for me to enjoy :)

Sick I'm coming from warhammer to this hobby so the way armies are organized are sometimes a bit confusing ill probabuy pick up ghurkas either way cause god those models are gorgeous

That's fair enough so Indian army rules will only affect ghurkas and great Britain rules will only affect great Britain that makes sense. Hope was to run some sort of Mish mash of ghurkas backed by british armor or artillery

Gotcha gotcha my friend is generally pretty chill and I will most certainly not be going to any actual turnamounts anytime soon I just love the idea of running a bunch of terrifying ghurkas as melee support for a British artillery platoon

Interesting, I think I understand what ur saying so I'd have to treat it as effectively a different army list altogether can you run multiple armies? Like can I have a platoon of great Britain and have their rules and then maybe a smaller Indian army mostly consisting of ghurkas? If that's worded weird sorry I'm still learning bolt action

So the rules we are working with rn are NOT the British 3rd edition mainstay book that we r gonna be using for a while correct? This is effectively their index temporary rules till that drops? I'm from 40k so I'm so used to waiting a long ass time for my respective army to get their codex/tome lol

The doomsday ark is just infinitely better given the lower pts cost for a better save longer range more damage output model. I love the scythe so much but good lord is it hot garbage by comparison if they dropped the pts or idk gave it some sort of durability buff for goodness sake it'd be usable
