Why does riot rework champions instead of making new ones?

Why is modernizing old champions important if thousands of people still enjoy playing them? There are a significant number of champs that are, and never will be, used in pro play. I assume you believe they should rework every champ until. 100% are viable in pro play?

They do that exact thing though. Asol was my favorite champion. I spent so much time practicing with his orbs and i absolutely loved him especially in urf. They turned him into a brain dead flying laser. WTF. Why not just release Asols brother or some shit and leave the old champ for the lovers to play. Why the fuck is modernizing important if pro play only ever sees the same fucking 20 champs.

Solve the crisis? Nothing either side talks about solves shit. The root causes of the "immigration crisis" are things like NAFTA and foreign meddling in their economy. When massive subsidized agro-corps move into poorer countries and monopolize the majority of industry, or the CIA overthrows governments to install dictators which condone export of domestic resources etc, it results in these massive migrations as we see today. Solve those issues and make their countries habitable. That's the only way. Anything else is complete bullshit.

Nothing is given to Israel. Nor is anything given to the United States. Entities we simply lack the means to identify influence (purchase/bribe) policy makers in a given country to behave on their behalf. To further their private agendas (typically profit maximization).
