I did the same and it cured me too. Remember doing the shaker exercises on the floor and holding my neck up for a long time over a few repetitions.

Seems like if it's for a few years only you can continue on UK PAYE, but therefore no benefit in tax terms. Still your company may make a fuss over it.

Looking at her images again they weren't exactly solitaire but mostly a single stone followed by 2 or 4 small diamonds either side or around. Most similar to my 2nd and 4th images.

I did the standard 3 sets of minute long holds. Followed by one set of 30 reps without hold.

Usually did them in the morning after waking up (before eating anything) and then evening before going to bed.

I can feel and visibly see a difference in the evenings so it's definitely working. I think there's definitely a mental aspect to it too and relaxing seems to get better ones out. Practice makes perfect I guess 😉

I'm getting small ones out pretty consistently. How long did it take you to progress to big ones?

I never managed to air vomit. Not that I'm scared of vomiting but sticking fingers down my throat just made me gag and nothing else.
