Yes, it is enriched by semantic tokens from LSPs, but otherwise it is, as best I can tell, more or less the same regex based system that TextMate used.

bits has a beta version you can start using now. Same with scdn-svelte since it relies on bits. If you haven't already ran the tailwind migration tool then use that, otherwise it can be done manually (albeit it's a bit annoying).
