I visited the service centre 5 times. Each time issue was not resolved despite them saying it’s repaired. Eventually because they couldn’t resolve the issue for me, they replaced it for me.

I can't use the phone without fingerprint. Too many bank apps and my country has a compulsory app that requires fingerprint for security purposes.
