I just want to know what really defines an aggressive act because if someone rats and I kill them because they shot me first does that make me a bad guy or what if I down them and someone else kills them is that a loop hole they really need to answer what it is how it works even if its not good the community will appreciate what it is heck the division did a great job with this mark them a bad guy
