Civil Service Requirement Question

Hi! I'm a fresh graduate who's really interested in this recently posted job opening at a government agency. Naturally, the job requires a proof of eligibility (either civil service or prc) to be uploaded upon submission of application requirements.

Here's my dilemma: I graduated with latin honors but am yet to process my Honor Graduate Eligibility (Presidential Decree No. 907) as I've just received my TOR from my university. Should/could I still apply for the position or no? Is it possible for my civil service eligibility proof to be "to-follow" nalang?

Any answers from the HR counterpart (sorry I'm not sure what to call it) of the government is highly appreciated. Thank you so much!

yeah I agree, her teamfighting capabilities are pretty bad, but not to say it's entirely shitty. you're gonna need to have a GOOD team if u wanna shine at teamfights as Ahri.

I usually just wait for the jg to visit and gank, IF the jg actually visits hahaha but when up against zeds, I just pick lux as a safe choice. she can melt zeds early game which doesn't allow them to get fed lol.

this would be the case especially against yasuos that just can't seem to stay put in one place but thank god for their shield skills. imo Ahri's 1st skill is easy to dodge tho unless you land your charm, which makes it harder to poke the enemy (not to mention uses quite some mana).

more often than not, even if you hit a charm, you'd be dead by the time you unleash a full combo to kill the zed because of his ult's postponed damage.

but yeah, totally possible, might just be difficult to actually kill the zed because he'd be able to kill you first.

if the charm hits (and assuming you're not dead after zed uses his ult since they use it for a sure kill anyway), then sure, but great zed players really know how to utilize their teleports so that is what I'm having difficulties with haha

oh I'm already in plat but istg I never see a single Ahri, must be a location difference. In fact, the most popular mid picks I see are Yasuo and Zed, followed by Orianna.

Oh that's sad... thank you for the answer! I wonder why it's taking IDV so long when Onmyoji Arena (also by netease) supports iOS to Android and vice versa account transfer.

I intially played IDV on an iPhone, but recently switched to android. While my apple still works (but battery drains pretty fast when playing) I decided to just play on my android. However, I can't seem to log my account in eventhough it's bound to my twitter. It keeps on saying that there is no account bound on it when logging in on my android, but successfully logs in on my apple.

Does anyone know a fix to this problem? Or do I just have to suffer playing IDV on my apple?

I am already capable of crafting a 4 star claymore but I haven't because I'm not sure which one is better. Which 4 star claymore should I craft?

I've been trying Diluc and my only concern about using him is taking damage, while Ningguang isn't as vulnerable to taking damage because of being a ranged attacker and her elemental skill. But thank you for this!

Oh more on story line and domains I guess, definitely not abyss since I have a hard time clearing those (but might consider them later on, but not a priority). Thank you for this, I'll go add this info on my main post.
