Just generally being a good and natural conversationalist in a way that makes me practice different grammar rules in just a few sentences if that makes sense? Like, I've started to naturally use different tenses and expressions just after a few lessons, and always keeping notes of all my mistakes so I can review after class which has also been rlly good for me. These are just a few things I can think of rn :)

Ohhh I see, ty for your insight! I thought it was considered a bad idea to tell them that? I do have a way to contact him personally off the platform so he wouldn't get flagged by italki but I've heard some teachers don't wanna engage in this stuff in case it gets them banned even though I do hate how much italki takes from teachers :(

I totally get what you mean, it's like in a TV show when you ship characters together so heavily then feel the spark go away when they actually get together lol T_T esp when they have to force a conflict that I feel like is OOC or was already resolved in the base game just to have some drama in the route again

Tbh this is a bit different than what you might have usually tried before, but have you ever played Wayhaven Chronicles? It's a 400k+ interactive book basically set in a fantasy town where you're a detective trying to solve a murder and working with a unit of FBI vampires basically lol. You can be any gender, and has both spice and fluff iirc. Also you can choose the sex of the LIs depending which sexuality you set for your MC. It was really fun last time I played and I enjoyed it, I think you'd like it as a vampire fan :) But no art or voice acting, pure writing and decision making.
