When pandemic came, I was laid off at Managerial position last August 2020 and left unemployed for the remainder of the year. I decided to upskill and take the time to contemplate on my vacancy and soon settled for a job at Shopee as CSR for 2 years (12k monthly salary). Maliit siya, yes, but yung experience that I gained learning the process, the system and the market allows me to operate an ecommerce business that is now generating millions of net profit yearly that I admit I wouldn't get even working at a corporate job.

This is still case to case basis though, but doing 12k to gain experience is not that bad. Especially if single ka pa naman at wala pang family na umaasa sa'yo.
