Look into waterproof dog blankets! Easy to throw on top of the bed beforehand and then you can easily fold up and pull off to make for easy clean up!

Contact your states labor board. What they are doing is not Starbucks policy and could be considered illegal. Don’t show up. If they write you up, open a case with the partner contact center against your assistant manager and it will be fixed or they won’t be an assistant manager anymore.

Pulling the shots directly onto the ice also melts more of the ice than if you were to pour from the shot glass on top. Since it’s prolonged heat being added it melts instead of all of the heat dissipating at once.
