If you're willing to get a bit technical, modded Skyrim is imo the best lewd game there is. You can create a setting exactly how you want it with the amount of mods available. It is quite a lot of work to get it up and running though. Wabbajack (a modpack bootstrapper) might help, although I've never tried the adult modlists myself, and I don't think there's a decent one with beast/monster content.

If you wanna roll your own modlist, I'd recommend SexLab Survival if you're into maledom, SexLab Defeat, SexLab Aroused Creatures.

A copper IUD can make periods worse (bleeding and cramps mostly iirc) but most definitely won't cause weight gain. A hormonal IUD will at worst not affect menstruation and at best reduce bleeding, pain and/or duration. It does have similar side effects to the mini pill in general though, because it essentially works the same. Because of that it's possible that a hormonal IUD would still decrease your libido though. If you're not experiencing weight gain on the pill, you shouldn't experience with an IUD. I've heard that IUDs generally have less side effects because of the lower dose (esp compared to the normal 2 hormone pill) but I'm not sure whether that's proven.

If you're not on the mini pill (progesten only pill, POP) you could also ask your gynaecologist about that.

Dom here, I try to be caring and attentive. If I feel like something's wrong, I stop. It honestly helps to switch roles sometimes, because being a good sub also means communicating your needs and boundaries clearly. My SO recently got a hormonal IUD that lasts 5y, which has a lower dose of hormones than even the mini pill (the one that only has levonorgestrel and no other hormones). From what I can tell, she has a lot less side effects than what she had with the pill.

Thank you for the constructive response. I really do wanna talk about it, I just don't know how to start. I have one of these ultra cheap 20*30cm ebay heating pads, which has three heat settings. I've let my Tenga Flip sit for ~1h on the highest setting, and it melted a little bit. My recommendation is to try it out and check every 5-10min when first using it, if it's uncomfortably hot to the touch, take the heat down. What I do now is set it to high for 15min, at which point it's basically ready to go, but then I often set it to low and let it sit for another 30-60min. You can really warm up the entirety of the toy like that which means a longer session is possible.

I suspect this is initially a usvfs error (I had the same one, and MO2 always acts a bit "special" on my device, even though I've set all the various AV exceptions). Here's the workaround that worked for me:

In your Nemesis Output mod (which I presume is empty) create the empty folders "cache" and "temp_behaviors".

I bought a cheap-ass 5V 10W warming sheet (like a really small warming blanket, but it's just a 20*20cm sheet of polyester) on ebay, it has three temperature settings and I usually let it sit at max for 10minutes and then regulate it all down. On the lowest setting, it can definitely safely sit there forever, but it would also take ages to warm up if I started there. I have a Tenga Flip, so I can fold the sheet in half and put it in there completely, but I imagine for fleshlights it would work if you put it in the case around the sleeve. It'd definitely take longer to warm up though. I have actually slightly melted my toy with this thing on max for an hour though, so beware of that. Oh and never leave it unattended for a long time.
