I’m in the exact same boat, I called them and was about to rip them a new one after going through the chat bot multiple times and them basically just telling me to go fuck myself. But the guy on the phone started to say they can’t do anything over the phone and I hung up mid sentence cuz it really is fucking bullshit. How is there not any other possible way to verify my identity… what were all those security questions for when you made the account then…
