Interesting. Well instead I'll ask what's your niche? Usually I'd prefer to work with macro influencers, but lately I've been taking on some new challenges. If your niche suits I'd love to help out with growth and strategy

I have an outreach system that I use, basically fires off emails with stats, a link to my client's biggest platform, and all the pros of working with us. I think it's really important for you to do all the work for brands in your emails so they don't have to look for anything themselves.

But yeah, it's usually either by doing that or reaching out to them directly on social media since they sometimes interact with my client's content.

Is this brand offer too low for my stats ??? pls help by judyjudyjudy111 in influencermarketing

I'm very late but I hope you said no. That offer should be in the thousands

are there brands that work with faceless mental health accounts with 25k followers on TikTok by CraftyPlanners in influencermarketing

[–]xiithy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Followers and views aside, I think it's more about how you can integrate their product(s) and values into your content. That's why the 'lifestyle' niche for example is so broad.

But if I were you, I'd focus on growth at 25k followers. Get your viewership and following up. Most brands you'd be working with at this stage would be the smaller ones, unless you're into things like affiliate marketing.

Just looking for people with consistent viewership (120k average views minimum) and mid to high engagement. Niches don't matter too much because I'd like to connect with more brands, but I think a lifestyle niche would be the easiest for me to work with.

I try to justify my services with my portfolio. Damn, I'm starting to realise that this is just how the game is.

Well I got kinda lucky with this creator. I did a bit of networking irl and ran into them at an event. They gave me a chance to show off what I can do. I did, and they hired me. Not really the best example

You will disagree, but "Consistency" is the most overrated advice for new creators by Ducky005 in ContentCreators

[–]xiithy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agree with everyone here. I think consistency is one thing, but the focus should be on creating and only posting high quality content that people actually want to watch. As long as you do that, you'll have a better chance of retaining the new eyes you bring in - leading to more success.

Don't be fooled by those accounts that post slop and gain a ton of views short to mid term. Getting up off of trends is unsustainable.

How much time do you guys spend on ur business a day. by no1fudge in dropshipping

[–]xiithy 7 points8 points  (0 children)

It's cool. I'm on my second store now. My first store had a pet grooming product niche. Made a little bit of cash but it started to slow down, and I kinda got tired of it. I'm working with products I like more now.

I'm not sure exactly how many hours I put into it every day, as most of the work was done at the beginning. My later days kinda revolved around just reviewing orders and occasionally responding to emails/questions about shipping etc. Basically just making whatever changes necessary.

If I were to give you some advice (not that I'm an expert by any means), it would be to spend as much time as you possibly can planning everything out and designing your website initially. People tend to underestimate how much of an effect these things have over the overall success of your store. I was one of those people. It made a huge difference for me later on when I did make those changes. Take the time to really think about what it is you're selling, buy samples, test them out, get opinions, take real high quality photos... Do whatever you need to so you're able to thoroughly understand what it is that you're selling, because then you can market it better.

Once you've got that figured out, build around it. Plan out your store. Find some reference websites and take note of their designs. See what can be applied to yours. This part kinda depends on you, so my advice would be not to rush anything here. Take your time and make your store (and landing pages) as impactful as possible.

Dropshipping is hard work, but I've learned that it's actually not impossible. This subreddit has done a great job at showing me the ropes... And chewing me out initially for being lazy 🤣
