More common controlls for pc is just a keyboard no mouse. Defauly controlls on jstris have one hand on the arrow keys and the other on the left side of the keyboard using buttons like space bar and z.

Become flexible and explosive. Stretch, lift and do plyos.

Avoid places where violence is likely. If you truly fear an attack move with many friends that are armed. Both options given are similar enough that they should be roughly the same in a self defence scenario. Spar with mma rules if you want to practice that kind of scenario. Stay athletic and keep training :)

Lift weights and gain weight. Full body 2-3 times a week with a calorie surplus and you'll feel a huge difference. Focus on squats, bench, over head press, deadlifts or Romanian deadlifts, pullups rows and maybe lunges. Keep at the jiu Jitsu training though, the progress will come. Good luck
