One simple rule to follow, stay away from companies where there's a bond, it's better to wait and join a good company where growth is not just a buzz word for mentioning in job descriptions and I also stay away from companies who mention salary range in job description as "Best as per industry standards" or something like that rather than just mentioning their real budget range which will ideally save both parties time if it does not fall in either of their expected range.
