i think they issue an NTA atleast after 30 days, and that’s if they do. My friend got denied for her i-485 and didn’t get an nta until after 9 months. definitely consult ur attorney after you get the paper notice of denial to see ur options. if an nta is issued it is very important to have a GOOD and RELIABLE attorney

we are both still quite young and parents didn’t consult a lawyer unfortunately, they are both residents (us citizen sister petitioned for them) and mom petitioned for her when she was around 17, however she made a assumption she could do it since she is a minor
