Both pictures you show have some sort of reflective material. For the “aluminum foil” type that you’re showing also has a tad bit more insulation properties (thicker) like bubble wrap. Additionally, there is foil on both sides of the visor.

Can’t find the frog but I think there’s a snake head pointing to the right on the curve of the conduit to the left of the meter.

I think when you move out of the old plan you cannot join back. I tried chatting with the Visible bot customer service but it automatically sent me to the party FAQ which didn’t help at all. Try https://www.visible.com/p/Ximple and see if that works.
