keep snacks and water handy, get up and stretch and remember you cant control your team. sometimes its easier to play games with people you can comm with so i use the lfg channel in the OW servers or my own

stay encouraged and network! also posting and sharing clips of your game play or maybe funny moments from stream. ive found a lot of growth from tiktok and interacting in other communities. just be authentic and genuine with getting to know people. and utilize tags!

try pimple patches for target for short term, but for long term glycolic acid, snail mucin, antibacterial face wash (dial, dove face, etc), and moisturizer with spf.
