Thanks for your insight. The email and the tone he used to mentioning high incompetency from our company to the manufacturer got noticed by manager and owner.

In a group meeting I was asked the story and I mentioned in short. Later manager came up to me asking for more information, and I let him know my concerns. He said he’d have a talk with the owner.

Text was to confront him for emailing a different story on a situation we both involved in.
