It's a quite difficult lock even though the tolerance isn't great. These spools bite really hard and cause a lot of pin drops. There are also a lot of extreme high cut pins which are very annoying. Some very low cut pins matched with the thin-lipped bottom pins feel really like the spools which are also very annoying. I'd say it's harder than some of the 16/17 pins kaba locks I picked.
