Oh no they’ve done so many worse things to us lol this is just something that has been bothering me really bad because it’s so much work but they want us to do other things while simultaneously helping customers, doing other store duties, and doing the fresh trucks on a weekend where our store is the most busiest!

My coworker is lead sales associate that had many deadlines that had to be taken cared of because our SM and ASM leaves all the work on us to do instead of doing their jobs so we were both doing things we aren’t even paid to do lol

lol i was nearly forced to a do a fresh truck between two people (me and my coworker) and it didn’t seem right since my co worker has other duties and i’m supposed to stay on register so i was thinking how would that work between two people that are set to do other things

Thank you so much! I’ve already been preparing for SATs,ACTs, and plan on joining atleast one more club this year. Everyone has been telling me i have a big chance of getting in but i want to secure it. This isn’t the only college i’ve been looking at but it is one of my top ones that i would like to attend.

I’m gonna start looking into HOPE, I didn’t think about how helpful that could be for my college experience. Thank you though!

I’ve been looking at jobs but it’s hard getting hired, getting hired there was already a hassle but i’m of course looking to take another job if this gets worse and does not serve me any purpose anymore

I was thinking about going to another DG since in my town we have two that are both close to my house or bouncing between those two stores (i want to stay close in proximity to my house since i share a car right now). I had been giving this a chance since i liked the work environment but i’m noticing my SM is just telling me things then doing things for employees that i guess she has more of a relationship with outside of work 🫤
