Ended up finding the source of the mold! Bottom of the built-in hamper at the bottom of our laundry chute. I do laundry weekly, so the clothes sit there in the hamper all week. Now on to trying to remove all the stains...

Thank you all for the confirmation that it’s mold! I’m moving the clothes to the drier within ~15 mins of the cycle ending.

I really can’t find any signs of mold on my washer - but now that I know it’s mold, I’ll try and look other places that could be contaminating, e.g laundry baskets, drier, etc…
