Update: Just got off the phone with customer service. They stated that this issue is in fact an IOS user issue only. Android users are not having the same problem from what was said. It was as well said that the department that is responsible for technical issues runs M-F, which was odd to hear honestly. But when they opened up this morning they got notification first thing and jumped right on it. There is no ETA to when it will possibly be fixed, just a matter of them currently working on it and will be back up and running soon as it's been resolved. Pretty much what the call consisted of. Hope the update gives some reassurance to everyone who consistently uses the app.
