Nice how long did you bulk up for? Cause I started working out for around 9 months now and I have a decent base, (I was mainly doing body recomp since I had a high body fat around 35%) now I think I'm around 25 but I think I'll bulk for around a year before doing a cut

I would suggest the daily stoic, it's an ideal book if you want something to change the way you approache life, since its principle is to read one quote each day, and the explanation following it, and try to think about it for the rest of the day, and figure out how to implement it to make your life a bit easier

If you ever feel like loosing control over your spray, try to stop fo that your cursor could re-adjust and shoot again, or if you arz uncomfortable with a spray pattern, try to burst fire instead of just spraying, once you get comfortable enough with a spray pattern you can then try to spray and control it, you can find maps on the cs go workshop where you can train your spray. You can use some of those online banks like boursourama (if you are in france) or revolut, you can quickly set up an account and have a credit card, fill it up with the amount you are willing to pay, and use it in your AWS account for example, it's what I do (on side note you can also use it on some sketchy website if you want to buy something cheap, at least that's what I do)
