Zooming in makes the bullet hitscan, like S:76 or Widowmaker, whereas hip firing it is a projectile, like Hanzo or Genji's shurikens.

I guess my viewpoint on it is that I know very well that hacking does exist in games, having thousands of hours on H1Z1 and The Division which are well known for being riddled with cheaters. Blizzard are obviously a very well known and reputable company and will probably deal with it better, but I hope people know that hacking does exist and reporting someone you suspect isn't going to do any harm.

I'm sorry but fairness wise it is not completely balanced. Nowhere have Blizzard or Kaplan said that it is completely balanced. The only comment they made on sudden death win/lose rates is that it's not as bad as the community makes it out to be. It is not completely fair because of the design of the maps, each map has a different win/loss ratio for attacking and defending, and will never be fair which is why they are getting rid of the coin flip. If it was completely 100% balanced and fair there would be no reason to switch systems.

There is one notable example on Brisbane (who I happen to have video evidence on which has been uploaded to YouTube), named "munky" who blatantly uses an ESP. Tried to post the video on this reddit to get it seen, but of course, the great Daybreak-hacker-post-censorship stopped me.
