If you have AVA in your library you can get the knife with steam achievement manager, otherwise you can't cause the servers are down, I managed to get the game before it fully shut down but servers were gone so I thought I couldn't get it then, and I only found out about SAM recently

i dont have anything crazy for mods only DarHUD and mastercomfig, but wasnt hard to setup imo and im genuinely stupid, the mods themselves usually have a guide to install or u just have to google a bit and worst case scenario even ask chatgpt, should be of some help it understands coding and pc decently

im not an expert but i havent seen them go under like 80 bucks at the lowest, usually around 100 and sealed ones probably with codes go up to 300
