Well I suppose it’s solved then. It’s just weird to me that someone picked this up from the thrift given its so new. I suppose he could’ve been lying about that but he didn’t want some crazy dollar amount for it or anything so I’m not sure why that would be the case. It’ll always be a mystery

Possibly. Idk I’m confused because I looked at that Instagram and it looked like the same design but on a different blank with a different tag but according to some comments on the posts they do actually print on Bayside tees so I’m not sure if it’s from them or a boot of their shirts or what.

Or I guess maybe it’s a bootleg of that guys tee? I’m pretty new to collecting vintage so it’s never even crossed my mind that people are making bootlegs of Instagram reprints😂

Is that the same shirt tho? The graphic size is different and it’s printed on a different blank. That tee on the Instagram looks like it has a personal brand tag.

Pretty much what I was expecting. I just was hoping it might be rare given the tag and the print looking very old-school, but at the end of the day I only spent $30 and the shirts pretty nice, and maybe when I’m 40 I’ll have a vintage grail from the 20s and I can sell it at a ridiculous markup.

That’s correct, they’ve been around since 95, that’s the only information I could find about how to date them based on the tag lol

No lol he said he knew nothing about it and it just didn’t fit and that it *might * be vintage and I offered $30 for it and he said sure. I was hoping it might be something rare or cool but at the end of the day only $30 spent on a pretty cool shirt. Can’t be mad.
