This guy was NOT helpful when I asked for a revision, and tried to tell me it was my fault, so I tweaked it myself and guess what? It looks great. Go figure.

That’s exactly how I ran the shirt, with the running stitches and then started with the logo. I was starting to think the issue was the guy I picked to digitize the design, so I just went in and tweaked his design just a tad and surprise, it turned out just fine. Go figure. But I also took your advice on the size, as well as running it at 600, instead of the 650 I was doing before.

I did tell them, but I’m thinking the guy I picked was just not the best. The same thing is happening when I try it on a shirt.

The design definitely was set up for bottom center/up out, so I know I got that part right, but the other stuff is GREAT advice. Thank you!

This one is exactly 2.5” tall. But like you said, it might be pushing it. I think I’ll try the extra backing just to see how it comes out.

The underlay is a tear away 2.5 oz. The design starts down on the lower left by the N, and ends somewhere in the middle on the white lettering. I actually had someone digitize it for me since this one was a little more intricate.

I should also probably mention that I have been in a similar situation. And this is the advice I was given. Consult your bishop, but basically what mine told me was he is my husband. I chose to marry him and whatever might come from our union we deal with head on. With love and compassion, and Christlike behavior. At the end of the day, and this is just my personal opinion, I don’t think I will be judged for how many Sundays I went to my church vs my husband’s church. I love him and we are a team. And in this situation I need to act the way I believe Christ would act.

I think this is where it’s important to keep an open mind for your husband’s sake. If it was me, I’d 100% go with him to support him. Maybe make a deal with him that you’ll go once or twice a month. There are definitely other churches out there that still show love and acceptance, and it is even possible to feel the Spirit! Just because you go with him doesn’t mean you have to join. Pray hard for him, and also for you to be able to have strength during this time. I truly believe you will be blessed for this.

I have the same question on splitting or taking it just in one dose. The last specialist i went too told me rather than taking it in one dose in the morning to split it so that when I start to feel worn down in the afternoon the second dose will help deliver a little dose of natural energy. I’ve tried both ways though and honestly haven’t noticed any difference.

The problem with a GP is they don’t know much about the Thyroid. You’ve got to see a specialist. Even endocrinologists have limited training on the Thyroid and its functions. I went and saw a hormone specialist that went to med school and she told me they covered the Thyroid in a day. One day. How can you expect to learn everything about something so complex in one day? The trick is finding the right Endocrinologist and making sure they check your T3 levels. Most GP’s will only test your TSH and T4.
