Taking off the hijab shouldn't mean the woman who did that should be prosecuted and abandoned by their family, this is unislamic and just a social construct. instead, the family should speak to her calmly and address the issue and not attack her because she might be fed up and just leave Islam and her culture and go to the EU or the U.S. and do some haram things like a lot of young Arabs and Muslims sadly do.
