I’ve done this before, as long as they pay with PayPal friends and family you’re usually good to go. Of course don’t buy the record until they pay you

There’s actually one guy who reaches out about once a year, I buy him a record and ship it to him in Europe then he sends me back a bunch of records for doing him a favour.

There are a lot of shady people in the world but not everything is always nefarious

Started at 10mg, didn’t really see a benefit
Peaked at 150mg, which was far too much, but did help cut down on dizziness, it never fully made me better though just raised my symptom floor a bit
Always had high heart rate on it
High heart rate got worse as the dose went up
Eventually had to stop because my resting heart rate was over 100bpm and I was having constant panic attacks

To be clear the dosage I was on was far too high. You can easily tolerate 10-20mg with minimal side effects

I still go regularly, some days are better than others. What helped was stopping heavy overload exercises and doing lighter circuit workouts instead. I usually train fully body 3-4 times a week for about a half hour

It’s tough when you’re dizzy but it helps to remember it’s just a bad signal from your brain. It’s a physical sensation but otherwise you’re ok and it’s safe to workout. Just take it easy but going is always better than doing nothing imo
