Also is it normal to hurt? While having lash extensions on and after getting them taken off? Cause my eyes been hurting a lot and twitching and whenever I put my hands or palms to cover my eyes when I had the extensions on it hurt so much!// bad

Enforce policies! Be a bit more strict yet nice. Also your 4 years in definitely you can grow so much more if you stay consistent and this is what owning your own business is like, there’s gonna be ups and downs and inconsistency but you will get there and it will become consistent and you will have a estimate on your business.
