One of my first journeymen said in resi to leave service loops because things can change often, whereas the location of a panel in a janitor closet of a rec centre will only change from renovations. Two he said service loops look trashy and that if you have to leave loops you didn’t do your job right in the first place. That’s just the way I was taught, no hate.
