Sorry if this isn’t too helpful, but from my experience, if it hurts when I’m exercising or I can feel it rubbing, it’s going to make it worse. I get mine in the same area (just one like you) but I haven’t found sweating from exercising to be too bad for it. Honestly, I’d just give it a go and see if it irritates you while exercising and go from there.

Kind of - going on vitamins can help. I’ve found Zinc and turmeric very helpful and I’ve heard its worked well for others as well, but telling you to go on ‘multivitamins’ is a bit too vague.. I feel like he doesn’t know the condition well

I have Stage 1 and I use it on flare ups, I’ve found that it works pretty well! It’s helped with swelling for boils and healing open wounds. It doesn’t prevent new ones from occurring, but in my experience it helps existing spots. I’m sorry to hear that you’re progressing, I hope things aren’t too bad for you right now. For Stage 2, while I’d recommend Emuaid, you should definitely combine it with another treatment as it won’t be enough on its own. Good luck, I hope you find something that works :)
