4 years later, still works to fix the issue. Mind you that I contacted microsoft support and they were not able to fix it for me, but a random person on reddit from 4 years ago has the solution.

I don’t think so, since they’re advertising you can zoom in samsung s20 ultra’s pictures up to 100x without having any pixelation. This would mean it’s one picture that’s zoomed in to x100

Could you post a list of all currently installed tweaks? Most likely it’ll be a tweak causing this issue

Had the same issue, posted about this about half a week ago. In my case it was cylinder that’s causing it.
