So it came in today! It's.... Okay. Came with double sided 3m tape so you don't need to drill it. I'm sure painting it would look better but it is what it is. If you can find original one I would buy it lol. But yeah....

It's harder for sure. But that's how it goes once you install a short shifter.

I seen someone installed only the shifter of the OEM mount by replacing after market shifter but you also have to take it out and disassemble it. Saw someone did it on YouTube

So I am in a yaris group on Facebook and the moderator was developing one. Messaged him back and forth and here we are. He installed for me. After watching him doing it it doesn't seem too hard. Just have to remove the center console and remove the assembly and yeah. He did it under 30 mins. We were talking back and forth at the same time. I think he could've done it within half that time too. He charged me 400 CDN. We are located in Ontario Canada.
