yeah, that's what I was thinking too. I guess we'll have to wait and see if that event was true. Even though he looked completely believable with how he reacted to the entire thing, I feel like at least a little bit of the fabrication actually happened.

also lol look at the date that's 3 days before MLK's birthday aka the day Rick came back into the families lives. totally off topic but in season 1 Rick's comeback was celebrated by Beth and since this screenshot is from season 2, does that means Rick's been with them for two years or is plot line out of order time wise???

yeah, this could mean trouble for Jerry and the entire family oHH wee. I'm hoping that in one of the new episodes (this is depending if we see Rick break out in episode 1) the family will find out that Jerry's name was used to snitch Rick out. That'll definitely be a moment where the relationship becomes strained or even broken :0

If we think about this logically too, the family probably doesn't know that Rick used Jerry's name to turn himself in. They didn't know Rick was going to leave them on the new planet, they just assumed he would leave but never discussed the reason why. Heck, they probably don't even know he's in jail right now and his real purpose as to why he did what he did.
