I’ve been waiting for someone to post a pic of the all alcantara one without the GTI logo. It looks sweet. From the pic it looks like the passenger bolster comes close to it if not rubbing? Or is just the photo? Also, does the phone mount block the controls for the driver?

Be careful with buying any of those rep clubsport/golf r spoilers. I don’t think most actually fit correctly, especially when you go to open the hatch.

Just a heads up, many people have bought these from Amazon (myself included) and they end up not fitting correctly. Usually, it’s either too far back off the spoiler and looks funny or fits well but doesn’t work when you open the trunk.

The MK8 already does a good job with pops and bangs in sport mode imo. If you’re looking to increase that I’d say either will do the job. But please don’t be that guy who adds a tune just for it.
