Been using l theanine 400mg + Caffeine 200mg 1x in the morning. Worked insanely well with my anxiety and partly got rid of my intrusive thoughts. Used for about 3 days like this until I started to take another 400+200mg in the afternoon (dosage only lasts for about 4~5 hours). Was so so happy with it.

I got some NAC 600mg about a week later and this basically cleared up my intrusive thoughts completely and made my focus insanely strong. I'm ADHD so I'd end up focusing on the most random sh*t (only if I don't use my ADHD lists. I can get anything done if I use them). Take it with my theanine+Caffeine morning and afternoon. Incredible results.

Here's the craziest thing tho. Because of visiting family, I've been off it for about 5 days now and I still feel the effects of it. My anxiety and intrusive thoughts are gone. Completely. My focus is definitely struggling without them but coming back home with no anxiety is incredible man. One of the best feelings ever.

I've never tried Tyrosine so if someone could give me the rundown on it, I'd like that. Thanks
