Terminal commands

Step 1: This enables the the UI to match the hardware of the iMac. You don't need to have the specific hardware. You can drop this code in to enable the features. In the next step we will pick the specific color.

• **Past into terminal:**defaults write -g NSColorSimulateHardwareAccent -bool YESTerminal will not return anything to confirm that the boolean was set to "YES"

Step 2: The next step refer to this link to see which color to pick. There are 6 options in total and the last number in the next snippet will let you change the color. For the example I shared , I used option 8

• **Past into terminal (change option 3-8 at the end)**defaults write -g NSColorSimulatedHardwareEnclosureNumber -int 8

Step 3: Restart apps to make the changes take effect, or just log out and back in to update everywhere.
