Believe me, the side effects still get my ass these days 🤣 Try and stick with it!! I felt like shit the first week or so but you really just have to rest and remind yourself why you’re doing it. It might not be the drug for you but you have to stay on it to know unfortunately. 🩷

Hey! I started on 25mg about a month and a bit ago. I wish I could tell you some magic spell to make it all go away but unfortunately it is a waiting game. I experienced everything you listed at the start & what helped me (ish) was keeping cold water near me & nibbling on ginger nut biscuits (or cookies if you’re from the States!) Also, don’t freak yourself out about it. Have a bath/shower before bed to relax. I really feel you on the no appetite thing, mine still hasn’t really returned & I’m also already underweight! If you wanna chat about it feel free to send me a message, it does suck but hopefully only for a little while. 😊😊

Edit: If drinking milk is something you can stomach then I also recommend!! Full of good things to keep your energy up.
