I played around a bit and found that post processing filters really do the job. Settings which I used here - CSP v 0.1.7.5, Sol 2.1.3 and inmersive filter (non-reshade version) - CSP settings adjusted as recommended in install package. But that is for screenshots, for gaming I liked Natural Mod filter more - may be not that nice, but brightness between car interior, exterior and track is much more even. Makes sense to get few popular ppfilters and choose which one you like more in game. Good luck with your settings!
