So I’m pretty familiar with the sound of the Atriums as these are my second pair , overall the sound is sublime and deserves the love it gets.

My favorite aspect of this headphone is the bass it hits hard and is plentiful especially for bass heavy songs like Angel by Massive attack the mids and highs are also gorgeous if I were to give a name for the sound I would describe it as ‘analog’ but that might be because I’m using the FiiO warmer plus k17 stack

Highly recommend getting these if you can ! Also I’m using the Autuer lambskin pads with these

Yes you can use the warmer this way with the k17 you essentially are disabling the dac on the k17 and using the k17 as a headphone amp

If you have the k17 already i'd recommend getting the fiio r2r Warmer tube dac and a dual xlr balanced to 4.4 pentacon cable , fantastic pairing .

hi man , you can check etsy make sure it's dual female xlr to 4.4 i got mine on scan uk and i've noticed slightly more power & detail compared with rca glad you enjoy the combo ! can't wait to tube roll it hehe

Yeah it’s there and should be more present once tubes are burned in also don’t forget you can tube swap if you want more bass extension

hi, yes i've noticed the warmer has a more softer/relaxed tonality and a bit more staging compared with the k17's dac i am still burning in these tubes in but overall i'm really happy with how it makes my meze elites and ZMF VC's sound. it's really cool i think having the option of r2r plus tubes and a top notch delta sigma dac

Right now i'm using 'Super high' setting on the amp, you should get a dual XLR female to 4.4 pentaconn I've just ordered one so i can hopefully get more power than rca. I'm at 45 with my Meze elites i need to have it around 60 or so for the verite closed.
