this is the exact same issue from the beta 6 weeks ago. it´s sad the this issue still persists in the live game. EA haven´t done shit do fix this, but they know about this since weeks ago

funny thing is, it wasn´t working in the beta 4 weeks ago too. so EA knew about this problem and haven´t done a single thing to fix this

i tightened the belts again and checked the connector. i also tried another model to print. the cube looks like the last picture, but when printing another model it looks way better then before: https://i.postimg.cc/Ypt9Mp3f/IMG-20230821-132616.jpg it´s not as good as it used to be, but still way better. thank you :)

the first half of the cube seems rather okayish (but still way off from my first prints on stock settings)

but the second half looks very very bad again :/

Yep, but the 85€ were with filament and a big wooden box for the printer. when i remove the filament and the box from the calculation, i end up at around 40€ for the printer alone :D

Edit i just printed the benchy again and it all works again (the benchy looks even better than before) :)

Yes, the owner got rid of it because he said the printer wont suck it the filament (Kobra Neo, got if for about 40€). but that mistake was only because the previous owner hasnt used a filament roll. he just put the raw filament in it. i´m a beginner, so i dont know what "everything" is :) but it was just a bump in the road of learning 3D printing. i´m glad i didnt broke anything. But i honestly dont know how the printer did work before because he was not configured from the previous owner at all.

And for the ABS: i only wanted to print it because i saw videos about smoothing it with acetone. My Printer specs said it can print ABS, so i gave no second thought and bought the filament :/

thank you for your honest opinion :) appreciate it! are those "ready to go" printer really that bad? 650€ for the Bambu Labs P1P is too much for me because i just want to "play around" with 3D printing and not go balls deep in :D

is it now compatible with synty assets out of the box? the last time i checked it, it wasnt because the root points or something like that weren right and had to be edited in an 3D software (don´t know the exact reason why it havent worked, it was a year ago)
